We deliver to all Mainland UK addresses. At present, we’re unable to deliver to UK offshore locations or Ireland / Northern Ireland.
Delivery is always included in the price — there are no hidden fees or add-ons at checkout.
Depending on the item ordered, delivery will be provided either via our premium white glove service on selected items or via standard courier for smaller products.
Selected large, heavy, or fragile items include our premium white glove delivery service, which includes:

For all large furniture, mirrors, and fragile items, we partner with BSTAR VIP Home Deliveries, a specialist two-man nationwide delivery service experienced in handling high-value furniture.
For smaller home décor and bedding items, we use trusted courier services including DPD and DHL.
